Fill in this form to book a tattoo with either Taz or Liz.

When you have filled in the form click the submit button and just under the button you will get a message to say its successfully sent.

Please look out for this success message so you know it's been sent correctly so you wont have to chase us for a confirmation.

Please make sure all your information is correct and spelt correctly before submitting the form. Please be patient waiting for us to get back to you, we may have a lot of bookings to get through as well as tattooing full time, doing existing designs for customers already booked in and admin, so it may take us a little while. 

Please fill in the booking form as accurately and with as much detail as possible to avoid delays in your booking!

When a date is offered to you, it is valid for 24 hours (to try and speed up the process) and if you dont reply, or pay a deposit, it will be offered to someone else. Hope you understand, but diary opening day can be a bit manic.

Appointments CANNOT be booked without a deposit via bank transfer so bare this in mind when booking.

Feel free to provide a rough sketch too if you want a certain layout in the tattoo design. If this is a cover up please provide a clear front on photo of the tattoo you want covered. We will need to see how much space we have around the tattoo to work with too so bare that in mind when you take the photo. 

Please note, we will NOT copy a tattoo by another artist. If you want an exact replica we are not the right artists for you!
