Ruby Lou's Tattoo Studio boasts exceptional talent with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Taz first opened Ruby Lou's to customers on

20th September 2011. The business has been going from strength to strength.

In March 2023 Liz joined the Ruby Lou's family. She is an amazing addition to the team.

Our new location will be at

The Body Lab, Unit 19, The Orbit Centre,

Ashworth Rd, Swindon SN5 7YG

(near Bridgemead Sainsburys).

We will be at this new location from 1st July 2024 onwards :)

Clients booked in after this date will be tattooed at the new shop

but we will give you all the info nearer the time :)

We cannot wait to show you the new studio. It's going to look amazing!

We are a private studio!

We are now operating as a closed private studio so we will not be able to have customers just popping in unfortunately unless they have an appointment that day.

This means all enquiries must be done online

via email, Facebook or the "Let's Chat!"

tab in the bottom right hand corner of this website.

Customers should only come to the studio if they have a tattoo appointment or have prearranged a consultation, picking up a gift voucher or a patch test for brows.

Video consultations can be arranged too by contacting us.

We want to continue operating a safe environment for both customers and staff!

We pride ourselves on our acceptional hygiene standards!

One of the first things you will notice about our studio is how clean it is :)

We pride ourselves in our exceptional hygienic standards and practices, ensuring an all-round awesome experience for everyone who is tattooed in our studio. The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly and customers return time and time again, bringing new customers with them.

You will not feel out of place at Ruby Lou's! We work to a non-biased ethic and are inclusive!

​We are custom artists, ensuring that all the tattoos we do for our clients are bespoke and original. We will not copy another artist's work so please only book in if you are happy with us doing our own version. We are professional artists, so use our drawing skills and have something that unique to you

You will be sent a consent form to fill in 5 hours before your appointment.

Due to our insurance, this must be filled in correctly and sent back before your appointment or we will not be able to tattoo you.

Taz now accepts card payments for tattoos.

There is a 2% charge to pay via card.

Payments for tattoos are via card, bank transfer or cash

Deposits are via bank transfer only!

Please note Liz does not use a card machine. She takes deposits via bank transfer and the balance for tattoos is paid via bank transfer or cash!

Please Note: Parking charges apply from 14th April 2022.

Clients of Ruby Lou's can park for free but you must scan the QR code inside the studio and not the ones in the car park or you may receive a fine (out of our control)

If you are coming to Ruby Lou's Mon - Fri

9 am - 5pm you can go through the main reception and we are first door on the right. However if you are coming to Ruby Lou's outside of reception hours you will need to go to the far right entrance of the main building and find us on the intercom, press the bell button once "Rubylou" is selected and we can buzz you in :)
